Appointment Booking Service – upcoming changes to Stamp Office following trial period
Thursday 25th May 2023
General News

Following previous updates regarding the launch of the Appointment Booking Service in the Dublin Civil Combined Offices, we wanted to provide you with an update on the Stamp Office specifically.

Following a trial period of the Appointment Booking Service in the Stamp Office, we have listened to – and taken on board - feedback from various groups, and as a result are introducing changes that will see extended opening hours that will take effect from the 6th of June 2023.

What is changing?

From the 6 of June 2023:

  • Stamp Office opening hours are being extended. The office will be open from 09:30am to 3:30pm, with no closure for lunch
  • A walk-in service will be available from 09:30am to 1:00pm
  • Appointments are required between 01:15pm and 3:15pm

What is staying the same?

  • In the case of urgent matters, please continue to attend the counter and our staff will accommodate you

We will continue to monitor the service in the Stamp Office, and take further action where required. If you have any questions and/or feedback in relation to the above, we want to hear from you. Please do not hesitate to contact the team at: dublinciviloffice@courts.ie

Thank you very much for any feedback provided to date.
